A great evening was had at the good intent, much fun and laughter and importantly for us food critic types, good food.
We planned the inaugural board meeting that will take place in late August, and agreed that from now on meetings will be once a quarter. The scoring method for each restaurant will be formally agreed at theboard meeting, but as a temporary measure the following categories will be used:
- Service
- Value for Money
- Menu – range
- Ambience
- Food quality / Quantity
- Drink
