A great evening was had at the good intent, much fun and laughter and importantly for us food critic types, good food.

We planned the inaugural board meeting that will take place in late August, and agreed that from now on meetings will be once a quarter. The scoring method for each restaurant will be formally agreed at theboard meeting, but as a temporary measure the following categories will be used:

  • Service
  • Value for Money
  • Menu – range
  • Ambience
  • Food quality / Quantity
  • Drink

Welcome to the online home of the Petersfield Restaurant Appreciation Team (P.R.A.T for short). We would be known as the Petersfield Restaurant Appreciation Society but PRAS just ain’t anywhere near as good an acronym! We are very serious group of food critics, focussing on our market town of choice, Petersfield. the group varies, but at its core consists of Clive, Zena, Becky and Simon. Rob is out most frequent part timer. Of late, we’ve been a bit remiss in arranging outings, but we have one tonight! Woohoo! Of course, if I’m hungover, there’s a good chance I won’t be arsed to update this, and will forget about it, but will try my best, so you will come back… won’t you? …. anyone still actually reading this shit?!!
